Out-of-course settlement

In case of disputes between tax consultants and their principals an out-of-court settlement is possible on request with the regional Chamber of tax Düsseldorf (acc. to § 76 Abs. 2 Nr. 3 StBerG).

BRAO), www.brak.de or by mail: schlichtungsstelle@brak.de

Information according to the Alternative Dispute Resolution: There's no obligation and no willingness to participate in a Dispute settlement procedure with a Consumer Arbitration Service.
